Baby Hope Club & Sanctity of Human Life
Baby Hope Club (BHC) is a year-round ministry to benefit the young mothers-to-be at The Royal Home in Salemburg, North Carolina. Sanctity of Human Life (SOHL) Week falls in January around the landmark date of Roe vs Wade. This makes the month of January a great time to emphasize Baby Hope Club in the local church. (For more information and resources on Sanctity of Human Life Week, we recommend visiting the website of Be A Voice for Life.)
Click here or on the picture of the baby bottle to learn more about making banks to share with families in your congregation. Collect coins in your bank and send Baby Hope Club funds through your conference Girls' Ministries treasury. Your conference GM director will send the funds directly to the Royal Home. This allows us to track the amount of money given through BHC.
If you use the Mpact and/or TGM girls club concept in your local church, use the ideas below for promotion:

For girls in the younger Mpact clubs, we recommend promoting Baby Hope Club as a project to help others in need. Look for units to enhance the idea of service or caring to use during January and let Baby Hope be the project your girls do for that unit's project requirement (in the older Mpact clubs).

For TGM girls (those in Friends and Girls Only clubs), we recommend taking it to the next level by using the units that reinforce the issues at hand. |

• For Friends Club, use the unit entitled The Sanctity of Life |
• For Girls Only Club, use the Pro Life vs Pro Choice unit |
