Power Chicks '07 Schedule. This two-page document will step you through the Friday through Monday schedule for Power Chicks. The final schedule will be fine-tuned and printed in the progam booklet which you'll receive at Ridgecrest. But feel free to download this schedule and share it with anyone interested.

Power Chicks '07 Medical Release Form. This document is the medical release form that will be required for EVERY Power Chicks participant. The contact person for each church should copy this form for each person and bring two sets to the event (one to keep in your room and one for Power Chicks staff to have on hand). Power Chicks '07 Prayer Guide. This pdf file is a Prayer Guide put together by the administrative assistant, Kathy Shelley, in the national WIN office here in Oklahoma City. We urge you to download this prayer guide and begin covering this event in prayer.

Letter from General GM Coordinator. This letter introduces Power Chicks '07, our national IPHC girls event, to the local Missionettes coordinator or girls' leader.

Power Chicks '07 Announcement. This document can be used as an informational page to give parents, girls, and anybody interested in the basic details about the first-ever national girls event.

Power Chicks '07 Poster (high resolution). This 8.5 x 11 document can be used as a poster for promotion around the church or sent home to parents along with the informational page and the individual registration form. Power Chicks '07 Poster (low resolution). Individual Registration Form. This document is the registration form that must be filled out by each participant (girl or adult). It will not be mailed, but will be used by the local coordinator to compile the IPHC master registration form and the housing form for Ridgecrest.

IPHC Master Group Registration. This document is the group registration form that will be compiled by the local coordinator or leader to register all girls and adults with the general Girls' Ministries office in Oklahoma City. The deadline for the earlybird registration ($75.00 per person) is March 31, 2007.

Coordinator's Registration Guide. This two-page document was designed to step the local Missionettes coordinator or girls' leader through the process of promoting and participating in the historical, first-ever, national girls event.

Housing Information for Ridgecrest. This document is designed to give the local coordinator or girls' leader more information on the housing options at LifeWay Ridgecrest Conference Center in Ridgecrest, NC.

Ridgecrest Registration Form. This document is the group registration form that must be mailed or called in to Ridgecrest Conference Center to reserve your beds. A $25.00 per person registration fee must be paid at the time of registration, and the balance is due upon arrival. See the form for information on payment and refund policies. The cost to Ridgecrest includes 3 nights lodging and 8 meals. Beds are unlimited, so register early!

Power Chicks '07 Registration Packet. This 11-page document includes everything listed above all in one file, but at a lower resolution, not necessarily suited for copying to distribute. The individual files would be more suitable for printing to share copies with others.
